The Field Service Management (FSM) App from SAP is replacing the CSM App. FSM has additional features which are supporting the BHS Technician and Project Manager during his work at the customer. The dispatcher is working with the FSM Planning & Dispatching Board. The people at the customer are using the FSM App.
